The result—a revitalized Worker Guide and the secure MyClaim application—launched in November 2012 at saif.com/worker. Click on the video on the right to take a video tour of the Worker Guide and MyClaim.
The Worker Guide has been updated with fresh content and videos that are relevant to both workers and employers. Whether you’re an injured worker or not, we encourage you to poke around the Worker Guide to find out more about the claims process.
The MyClaim application allows workers to:
- Access claim information and some documents
- Update their personal information
- Check payments and print payment history
- Change payment preference to direct deposit or debit card
- Complete and submit some forms
MyClaim was created specifically for injured workers; attorneys and employers will not have access to it. However, employers will continue to have access to claim information that’s relevant to them in Business Online.
We created MyClaim as an additional tool for injured workers, but it won’t replace the valuable relationship between workers and their adjusters.
Both the Worker Guide and MyClaim are available in English and Spanish.
