When an employee is injured there are a lot of things to manage and remember. The most important thing is to ensure your employee seeks the treatment they need, but then there are forms to complete, people to contact and plans to put in place to bring your employee back to work safely. You do not often have control of the costs associated with a claim but there are things you can do to help reduce and manage them. Join a Bilingual Adjuster and Bilingual Return to Work Consultant as they cover the process of filing a claim and the benefits of returning your employee to modified work. They will discuss the forms to use and how to complete them, as well as the communication and additional information needed to successfully bring a claim to resolution. You will also learn about how you can help reduce claims costs and retain a valuable employee by putting in place and following a Return to Work Program. You will learn about creating modified work ideas, methods to help you retain your employee and how to formally reduce time loss exposure if employment issues arise. Please come prepared with questions. Although we will not be discussing specific claims, we are happy to answer any questions about the Claims and Return to Work process in an effort to continue building a successful relationship with you and your employees.
