This is a secure website. Only those persons authorized by SAIF may access this site. If you are not authorized, please exit this website immediately.

Your user ID and password management responsibilities
Use of your unique user ID and password is the required security procedure to access the secure site. You agree to keep your user ID and password confidential and secure. You may not share this information with anyone.

You agree to immediately notify SAIF of any unauthorized disclosure or use of your user ID and password, or if you believe someone may attempt to access your account without permission. You may notify SAIF by calling 800.285.8525 during normal business hours.

Information contained on this site
SAIF maintains the official records of your workers’ compensation claim and not all of those records may be viewed from this site. The documents and claim information you view on this site should not be considered the official records for your claim and should not be considered official documents. The written documents and correspondence you receive from SAIF or the Department of Consumer and Business Services by mail, fax, or e-mail are official documents. If you did not receive, or need a copy of, an official document, please contact your SAIF claims representative.

Any document or information on this site that is translated into a language other than English has been translated solely for the convenience of the reader. While we have attempted to provide an accurate translation, we do not make any promises about the absolute accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any translation, and we expressly disclaim liability for any errors or omissions.

SAIF may discontinue this website at any time, and for any reason, with or without prior notice. SAIF may also terminate your access to this site for any reason, with or without prior notice. If SAIF believes you are using this site in violation of this agreement, including, but not limited to, allowing an unauthorized person to access the site, or are using this site in any manner that jeopardizes the security of SAIF’s computer system, is harmful to SAIF or to other users, or that violates a SAIF policy or guideline, SAIF will immediately terminate your access without notice.

SAIF Corporation makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the absolute accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this site and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this site. No warranty of any kind—implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer virus—is given with respect to the contents of this site or its hyperlinks.

The State of Oregon, SAIF Corporation and their respective agents, officers, and employees, are not liable for any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted, or damaged communications or transmissions through use of this site, or any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer, or communications-related malfunctions or failures, whether due to any equipment malfunction or operator error.

Revisions

Choice of law
The laws of the State of Oregon (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement.

Designation of forum and consent to jurisdiction
If you bring a legal action against the State of Oregon, SAIF Corporation, and their respective agents, officers, employees, and contractors arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or use of this site, you shall bring the legal action or proceeding in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Marion County. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court, waive any objection to venue, and waive any claim that such forum is an inconvenient forum.

Notwithstanding the above, if a claim must be brought in a federal forum, then it must be brought and adjudicated solely and exclusively within the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. This applies to a claim brought against the State of Oregon and SAIF Corporation only to the extent Congress has appropriately abrogated the State of Oregon’s sovereign immunity and is not consent by the State of Oregon to be sued in Federal Court. This section is also not a waiver by the State of Oregon of any form of immunity based on the 11th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
