Welcome vendors/suppliers!
In case you’re wondering, we use "vendor" and "supplier" interchangeably. If you identify as either, you’re in the right place!
Bidding and contracting
SAIF is committed to doing business with the supplier community fairly and openly.
As the premier workers' compensation insurer for Oregon businesses, SAIF also is committed to helping grow Oregon's economy by hiring Oregon contractors and local businesses whenever it is economically feasible.
SAIF is a member of the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Participation Program (ORCPP) and has access to statewide contracts and price agreements negotiated by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS).
Bidding opportunities
SAIF typically conducts competitive solicitations, including requests for proposals (RFPs) and invitations to bid (ITBs), and awards contracts based on clearly stated criteria.
We conduct solicitations through Agiloft, our e-procurement platform. To participate in future solicitations, suppliers need to create a supplier profile through Agiloft. This will keep you informed about new opportunities with SAIF.
The bidding and contracting statutes, prevailing wage laws, and most administrative rules that govern public and state agencies are not applicable to SAIF.
SAIF values diversity and the inclusion of underrepresented groups in both its workforce and in its business partners. We encourage emerging small businesses and businesses owned by minorities, women, and disabled service veterans to register with Oregon's Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID), and to let us know of this status when responding to SAIF solicitations.
Go to the COBID website for more information about this program.
