Audit noncompliance charge endorsement | New and renewal policies effective January 1, 2017, and after will include an audit noncompliance charge (ANC) endorsement. It provides a formal approach when employers don’t allow a carrier to examine and audit its records. We expect—and hope—that audit noncompliance charges will be infrequent. They can be as high as two times estimated annual premium.
