AGC/SAIF group members to receive return for 2022-2023 performance
Retro return distributed to 546 member companies.
The Associated General Contractors Oregon-Columbia Chapter (AGC) is announcing there will be a small retro return distributed to the 546 member companies who participated in the AGC/SAIF group workers' compensation program during 2022-2023. The total savings, including the retrospective rating return, discounts, and individual account electives equal, on average, 11.5% premium for participating companies.
A retro return has been paid to AGC members in 31 of the past 32 years. Total retro returns spanning the 30-year history for the AGC/SAIF program are nearly $205 million. The return demonstrates the ongoing commitment of participating members, their employees, AGC and SAIF staff, and independent insurance agents continuing to promote safe and healthy workplaces.
