Chemeketa Community College Wine Studies

Prospective winemakers don’t have to travel far to learn the ins and outs of the industry. The Wine Studies program at Chemeketa offers continuing education and degree programs in all aspects of wine, building the future of the workforce for the Oregon wine industry and beyond since 1999.

The program is based at the Northwest Wine Studies Center and Chemeketa Cellars near Salem, which features an 8-acre vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills American Viticultural Area, a wine production facility, and a public tasting room where award-winning student wines are on offer.
