Coastal has been part of the farm and ranch community since 1963. It currently employs about 780 employees across 19 stores in Oregon and Washington. At the core of its safety culture is a pledge: “I’ve got your back.”

It’s not just talk; the company has created a train-the-trainer safety program that boasts two trainers at each store.

Coastal’s pledge extends to the community, where it quietly provides aid to victims of the 2018 fire in Paradise, California, and many other organizations close to home.
