The pandemic hasn’t prevented the bakery from helping their customers celebrate life’s milestones.
At Fat Cupcake, the menu reads like a collection of characters. Goody Gracious, Suit & Tie, Unicorn, Raspberry Rex, and Marion Monroe. Owner Anjelica Otness first opened her doors in 2014 and has since expanded to three locations in the Portland metro area.
The pandemic has brought small adjustments to the bakery. Decorating classes were replaced by take-home decorating kits. And Anjelica has seen a decrease in the number of applications when she has an opening. But that hasn’t prevented her or her staff from helping their customers celebrate life’s milestones.
