When Jennifer Bloeser began growing wasabi more than 20 years ago, it was just a hobby. Now, thanks to consumer demand for true wasabi products, Oregon Coast Wasabi is the largest wasabi farm in the United States, with two growing locations in Tillamook County. It turns out the humid and cool conditions of the Oregon Coast provide the perfect environment for wasabi cultivation.
