SAIF is switching online payment platforms to One Inc. With this change, all customers' saved payment methods will transfer into the new system.
Our new payment platform offers several improvements to the payment experience on saif.com. Now, you can:
- Use quick pay to make a payment on an active policy using a policy number and mailing address zip code (no username or password required)
- Make a premium policy payment over the phone using an interactive system (call 1.877.373.8136)
- Split payments between two separate credit cards for the same transaction​
- View your invoices within the payment system
- View estimated billing information for future invoices
- Make payments with Google Pay
Automatic payments
Eligible accounts have the option to make payments using AutoPay. When you authorize automatic payments, your full amount due will be deducted from your bank account. You can change your AutoPay status at any time. Automatic payments will continue to process on the 20th of each month in the new system.
We have many payment methods available, but SAIF’s preferred method is ACH debit, which pulls directly from your bank account.
