Time to post your OSHA 300A summary
Learn more about OHSA's recording keeping and posting requirements.
We know regulation compliance might not be the most thrilling part of running a company. But posting your OSHA 300 log isn't just about checking a box—it's about boosting safety and health.
OSHA’s recordkeeping requirement applies to businesses with 11 or more employees in most industries. In addition to keeping the OSHA 300 log updated throughout the year, most employers are required to post the OSHA 300A summary for the previous year from February 1 through April 30.
Your OSHA 300 log can highlight patterns that you might not notice in the day-to-day hustle. By reviewing the log, you can tackle these issues head—on and prevent future problems—saving time, money and, most importantly, keeping your people safe.

A subset of those employers with 11 or more employees are also required to submit injury and illness data electronically by March 2. All employers are subject to OSHA reporting. Learn when to report serious injuries and illnesses directly to OSHA along with required timelines at fs24.pdf (oregon.gov).
