Delta Dental is a comprehensive dental plan that provides services through more than 90 percent of licensed Oregon dentists as well as having a national dental network.

Kaiser Permanente PPO Dental Choice Plan

Kaiser Permanente PPO Dental Choice plan is available throughout the state, allowing you to obtain services from a Kaiser Permanente dentist at Kaiser dental offices, or from any of the participating dentists who belong to the nationwide PPO network.

Kaiser Permanente DHMO Dental Plan

The Kaiser DHMO dental plan is available to employees and their family members who live or work within the Kaiser service area (southwest Washington, Portland, Salem, and Eugene metro areas). Employees do not have to enroll in the Kaiser medical plan to be eligible for Kaiser dental services. Employees who enroll in this plan will have a monthly premium share amount.

Willamette Dental Plan

Willamette Dental Group is a multispecialty group dental practice, much like a dental HMO, providing services through their own network of primary care dentists at Willamette Dental facilities. You must live in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho to enroll in the Willamette Dental plan.
