How will I meet with my provider? 
Depending on the provider and your preferences, you may meet in-person or over video. If you meet over video, our providers are required to utilize secure and regulation-compliant platforms to protect your privacy. 

Does Lyra have providers who share my social/cultural identities? 
Lyra has providers that self-identify across a broad range of racial, gender, sexual orientation, and other cultural identities. 

Does Lyra have providers that specialize in my specific needs? 
Lyra has providers with a broad range of clinical expertise and specializations, including those who specialize in adults, children/adolescents, couples, suicidality, substance use specialists, racial stress and trauma, PTSD, and the needs of members from historically underrepresented communities.
