What resources are avilable to managers?

Consultations with clinical specialists to support managers dealing with concerns related to employee mental health are available by calling Lyra’s Care Navigator Team at 877.359.1410. These consultations do not count towards an employee’s twelve-session limit. Consults may include: 

 - Coaching on how to discuss help-seeking and the Lyra benefit with an employee 
 - Employee returning to work after being out for a mental health condition 
 - Employee expressed suicidality or mental health concerns to manager 
 - Employee has been absent from work and showing signs of distress
