What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
You must cancel your appointment with Lyra within 24 hours. Timely cancellations allow Lyra providers to help other clients.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss an appointment, you may be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee. SAIF will cover the cost of up to one coaching or therapy late cancellation/no-show, and this will not count against the 12 visits you get per calendar year. Beyond this, if you do not cancel on time or miss an appointment without canceling, for any reason, you will be required to reimburse your provider for the missed session.
