Vision

SAIF offers employees two vision plans to choose from through Vision Service Plan (VSP): a base plan and a buy-up plan. The base plan is no cost to the employee, but the optional buy-up plan has a monthly premium share. Employees must enroll in one of these two plans at the same level of coverage as the employee’s dental enrollment.

Your nine-digit VSP ID number is a combination of three zeros and your six-digit associate ID. For example, 000012345. 

Your VSP ID number is in Workday. Under your Profile, click on Benefits. You will see "Employee ID for Vision Plan (if Enrolled) on the top tab menu.
